The June edition of the Trust Quarterly Review includes a review of a recent Cayman Islands decision determining undue influence, an overview of the judgment in Mezhprom v Lenux on the privity of interest binding trustees in foreign jurisdictions, and an analysis of the current state of Scots trust law, with an emphasis on the upcoming trust Bill. This issue also features the fifth and final part of STEP’s global retrospective on the state of trusts across the last 30 years, and a review of Global Mobility of Ultra-High‑Net‑Worth Individuals.

We are now drawing STEP’s 30th anniversary celebrations to a close. In the Trust Quarterly Review (TQR), this has taken the form of our international trusts retrospective, which we originally promised would be celebrated across three editions of the publication but has extended into five, with the final part being found in this edition.
