The Board delegates some of its functions to committees and panels while retaining ultimate responsibility for their activities. There are currently six committees and four panels answering to the Board.
The Code of Best Practice (PDF 293 KB) sets out general principles governing the conduct of STEP members when they are acting in the capacity of members of Council and of committees.
