Rennie Hoare is a Partner and Head of Philanthropy at C. Hoare & Co – Britian’s second oldest bank, founded in 1672. As an 11th generation member of the Hoare family, which has over 2,400 living descendants, Rennie will provide a truly unique view of the successes and challenges of balancing family dynamics with running a successful business.

Jodie Barwick-Bell is Head of the Yorkshire Private Client team at Deloitte. She has advised high net worth families for over two decades, including spending 6 years in-house running 2 family offices. A highly experienced trusted advisor to family businesses, Jodie will discuss how professional advisers can help families with the challenges and opportunities of succession and passing on the business to the next generation.
